I snapped up this opportunity as it has been 9 years since I last judged them and hoped to see and feel, the up and coming next generations. I was not disappointed... 9 mths. What a delight! This young gentleman thoroughly enjoyed his 1:1 with his handler. Everything you would expect at this age. Great coat and size for age. Excellent depth of chest to height ratio, strong shoulder and correct topline. Superb proportioned head, full dentation, flat skull shape with short set apart ears, although slightly soft, he has time on his side. Ideal pigmentation and oblique eye shape. Soft puppy expression. Moves slightly over enthusiastically and a little loose, but smooth when settled. Needs to tighten up slightly on front, but nothing extravagant or a dig in the garden would not fix. A looser tail would be advantageous. Great rear drive and looks promising for the breed for the future (BP)." |

He opens up well on the go around and is true behind but needs to tighten in front. Reserve Best Dog and Best Puppy." |

I would also like to thank the exhibitors for bringing their quality dogs under me. All the dogs were well presented and had superb temperaments... 8 month grey and white dog. This boy is at the puppy stage of maturity but still has good attributes of a good honest freighting dog. Good head, bite and eye set with kind expression. Correct feet and ample bone and tail set. Very much still a baby but time will improve his overall profile. Movement was a little loose today but this should tighten up with age. Best Puppy and Reserve Best Dog" |

From the tip of his nose to the top of his toes he was determined to enjoy himself. That said he was also a very well-balanced dog. Lovely head and expression with the darkest and kindest of eyes. Strong in skull and muzzle. Thick ear leather. Very well-balanced angulation with a super front and firm topline. Chest developing well and he has a very nice turn of stifle and well let down short strong straight hocks. Well set tail which was waving to the absolute max. He was so enthusiastic on the move and so keen to please. I had the best time judging this breed and none more than this young man He really made me smile BPIB RBD" |
